Our Guarantee to You

We really do want our customers to be fully satisfied with the items they have purchased.  If you are disappointed with your purchase, you can return it promptly (within 14 days of receipt) in the condition in which you received it and we will refund the purchase price.   If the item is faulty we will refund your return postage cost.

It is not always easy to tell from a website photograph how good a piece of hand-crafted work is. There are some great pieces
out there, but some of the work for sale on the internet or in craft shops can be amateur in quality.  A good piece of turning should be well-designed, well-made and well-finished; this also applies to our boards and other treen items.  Our guarantee is
that any piece you buy from us will meet this demanding standard.  It will please the eye and be good to handle, and we believe you will not be disappointed with it.  We take pride in our work and if a piece is not as described we will put the problem right.
