Gallery for Large
Bowls and Dishes
This gallery shows
typical examples of the variety of shapes for large bowls and dishes
that we have made and the types of wood that have been used.
These bowls are sealed and then coated in polyurethane or melamine
varnish before being finished with bees wax.
It is not possible to exactly reproduce the bowls shown in the
photographs: each piece of wood is different and this influences the
final shape. Each piece is unique.
Large bowls are
typically over 9 inches (230
mm) in diameter. All sizes are approximate.
